These terms govern your use of the service Loggacy provides. When using our services you agree to be bound by these terms along with other documents referred to in it, such as the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Acceptable Behaviour Policy.

Please read these before using Loggacy, by using our site you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. Loggacy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

In these terms we may refer to other additional terms, which also apply to users when using Loggacy:

  • Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which detail how we use and collect your data. By using our site we assume that you have agreed to these terms.

  • Our Acceptable Behaviour Policy, which is both for your safety and that of other users. You should familiarise yourself with this as it sets out the behaviour that we expect our users to uphold in order to ensure they make the most of the site functionality provided by Loggacy, whilst simultaneously ensuring that they remain in a safe online environment.

1. Information about us
We are registered in England and Wales with a company number of 8602141.

The Loggacy app is operated by Loggacy Limited. If you wish to contact us regarding our policies, site or technical queries, please do so via the contact form that can be found on our site.

2. Responsibility
When posting information on Loggacy, you remain solely responsible for what you post. You should therefore take the time to familiarise yourself with our Acceptable Behaviour Policy and note that you are responsible for any consequences deriving from your posting, using Loggacy.

We will respond to any complaints and monitor any unsuitable content uploaded to our site, we do not however, take responsibility for the content itself and under no circumstances is Loggacy liable for any of the content posted or made visible on the Loggacy app.

3. Privacy
As a user of Loggacy you are provided with the functionality to determine who can view your posts when creating or subsequently editing a post.

Please note that as a user you are responsible for the safeguarding of your own password that grants you access to use our services however and thus view all content uploaded to the site via your profile. We therefore advise that you use a safe password that contains both upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

With regards to our responsibilities; the privacy of your personal information is extremely important to us. Our Privacy and Cookies Policy details how we collect and use your data along with other important information regarding the use of your information when using our services.

4. Licences
We are the owner of all the intellectual property rights in Loggacy and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright treaties and laws throughout the world.

Loggacy provides you with a worldwide, non-assignable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the software that Loggacy offers; however this license is only for the purpose of using our services.

5. Safety
Loggacy upholds a high standard of behaviour expected of its users in order to both protect its users and ensure the credibility of the site. Please view our Acceptable Behaviour Policy to see what is expected from our users.

6. Termination
These terms apply until the legal agreement is ended. This may happen upon deletion of your account with Loggacy, or upon the suspension of your account due to misuse, or if Loggacy stops providing its services. Please note that Loggacy reserves the right to change, limit or stop providing the services at any time.

In the event that Loggacy stops providing its services, it shall notify all users via their registered email address, and provide all users with a period of 30 days to notify Loggacy if they would like the content that they have uploaded to Loggacy to be emailed to their registered email address. Failure to notify Loggacy within 30 days of notification will result in all data previously uploaded to Loggacy to be permanently deleted. All users will lose their right to this content and it shall be lost forever.

Note that Loggacy is not responsible for ensuring that mail notification stating cessation of services is received by, or read by, the user and that Loggacy will cease to provide its services irresepective of whether the user has received or read the notification.

7. Liability, severance and governing law
Nothing in this policy limits liability for death or personal injury arising from either our negligence fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that English law prevents us from excluding or limiting.

To the extent permitted by law, Loggacy shall not be liable for any; indirect, incidental, special or consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, whether this was incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses that result from (1) your use of or inability to access the services we provide; (2) any conduct or the content of a third party within the services; or (3) any content obtained from the services.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Loggacy exceed a sum greater than that of £100.00.

In the event that Loggacy fails to enforce a provision of these terms it will not be deemed a waiver of such provision. If there is a provision within these terms that is held to be invalid or unenforceable then that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the other terms remain in full effect.

8. Third party links and resources on Loggacy
Where Loggacy contains link to another resource or website provided by third parties, these are for your information only and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Viruses
We cannot guarantee that Loggacy will be free from viruses and bugs. You as a user should have your own virus protection software and bear the responsibility for configuring your information technology in a safe and protected way.

You must not abuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans or anything else that may cause technological harm. You must not attempt to try and gain unauthorised access to Loggacy, its server or any database it is connected to. By breaching this you would be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, in which case we will report any such breach to the enforcement authorities.

10. Law and Governability
These terms are regulated by the Laws of England and Wales.


Changes to the Terms of Use Policy


We reserve the right to make any amendments to this policy that we see fit, thus we recommend that you take the time to check this policy from time to time in order to make yourself aware of any changes, as this policy is legally binding upon you.
