We will also collect information about the users that you are connected with and how you interact with them.

2. What do we do with this information?
We store our data on an external server hosted at Heroku (heroku.com). However, the customer promise found at (heroku.com/policy/promise) states that Loggacy, and not Heroku own all of the data collected. 7. Steps we take to prevent harm
Our aim is to provide a network for people to document and then reflect upon memorable moments from their life. We also provide users with the ability to stay connected with friends and family by sharing their moments. It is extremely important for us in providing this service that people both feel safe and remain safe whilst doing so. We appreciate that with a global population exceeding 7 billion people; there are many different thoughts, ideas and memories out there, waiting to be shared. However we have standards that we expect our users to meet and if they fail to do so this may result in the possible deletion of their post and account. Please see our Acceptable Behaviour.

8. Our age limit
Our website is aimed at users over the age of 13. We appreciate that due to the nature of the website some users will wish to start documenting their children’s life events before this. In light of this, it is possible to hold an account for your child and document their life events. They may then take over the account upon reaching the age of 13. However, we feel strongly about the safeguarding of children, thus if we become aware of any account being hosted by a child under the age of 13 we shall take steps to disable the account.
